When the rainy shower fogs my eye ~
I remember my childhood days with a sigh!
Back then I was so happy and carefree..
..and my best friend was a tree.
Climbing its branches was so much fun :-)
All around it, I always used to run!
All my childhood, I played in its shade,
Those memories...time will never fade..!
Then crayons and toys were the most prized possessions,
Happiness and fun were present on all occasions!
Then life was all about fairy tales and schoolbags~
Friendship was never weighed by rich clothes or rags!
I miss my childhood summers and I miss the rainy season..
..and I miss being happy like a child, without any rhyme or reason..!!
